The future of people + work is not being shaped in boardrooms or on big stages alone. It unfolds every day in conversations between peers, at local meetups, and in the quiet commitment of leaders who believe that connection is where real change begins.
At Transform, we have always believed in the power of community. This May, that belief is coming to life in a way we have never seen before.
We are proud to share that 20 new Transform Chapters have launched worldwide, bringing our total to nearly 100 active chapters. With 15 new U.S. chapters and five international additions, our Transform Global Ambassadorship now reaches nearly 70 cities globally, and almost 40 right here in the U.S.
Transform has become the largest global community driving the future of people + work. And this May, we’re showing what that future must include: care, connection, and collective action.
Why Local Chapters Matter Right Now
May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, a time that calls on leaders everywhere to take a deeper look at how we support our wellbeing and the wellbeing of those we serve.
Throughout the month, more than 25 Transform Chapters will host local gatherings, both virtual and in-person, focused on mental health, self-care, resilience, and leadership during times of change. These events are candid spaces where people leaders and HR professionals can come together to reflect, share real challenges, and walk away with strategies that make a difference.
The work of leading people has never been more complex, or more human. In a world where burnout, stress, and disconnection have become everyday realities, leadership demands more than strategy. It demands care. It demands community. It demands that we show up for ourselves and each other.
Transform Chapters are stepping up to meet that need, one conversation at a time.

How We’re Coming Together
Throughout May, the momentum will build throughout the month with special moments for the Transform community.
As mentioned previously, our Chapters will unite to create a global community movement to support mental health in the workplace, as well as our leaders. Virtual events are open to all community members. If you are not already a Transform Online member, join for free here.
On May 20th, in honor of International Human Resources Day, we’ll gather inside the Transform Online Community for Transform Connect. This will be an open and candid conversation where community members can share their thoughts, workshop ideas together, and connect around the topics that matter most.
Later in the month, on May 29th, we will come together for a one-day summit: Mental Health at Work: A Call to Action to Elevate Mental Health from Initiative to Imperative.
This virtual event will run from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm PDT, bringing forward the leaders, conversations, and actions needed to move mental health from a side initiative to a central pillar of workplace success. RSVP to save your seat now.
Together, these moments, in addition to raising awareness, will lead to real change, locally, globally, and personally.

The Heart of the Movement
The launch of these 20 new chapters creates spaces where people can be seen, heard, supported, and empowered to lead in different ways.
If you have ever believed that change starts small, grows through human connection, and is fueled by those willing to show up even when it’s hard, then you already understand what this movement is about.
There is a place for everyone in what comes next.
You can join your local chapter, attend a Mental Health Awareness Month event, share your own story, or simply make time to prioritize your wellbeing this month.
Change does not happen by accident. It happens when communities come together with courage, care, and a vision for what is possible.
We are building that future together, one chapter, one conversation, one act of connection at a time.
