At Transform 2026, generosity turned into action. Over three days, our community assembled 3,000 care kits for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Las Vegas, bringing comfort to families in need. Each care kit built and card written raised charitable funds from Transform. Together, our actions resulted in $50,000 to support Ronald McDonald House and causes that reflect our people-first values, from mentoring young adults, upskilling women in the field of AI, building LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces, and supporting mental health in the workplace. The impact our community created together will be felt long after the event!
