Jyoti Chopra is the Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer for MGM Resorts International. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Pearson Plc., BNY Mellon, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, and Merrill Lynch and Co. She holds a BA in Journalism from NYU, completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has an MBA from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Jyoti is a member of the Diversity Advisory Board for Toyota, serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to the Spencer Stuart Global Leadership Team, and is on the Schneider National Board of Directors.
