Together, we made an impact at Transform 2025.

At Transform 2025, generosity turned into action. Over three days, our community assembled 3,000 care kits for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Las Vegas, bringing comfort to families in need. Each care kit built and card written raised charitable funds from Transform. Together, our actions resulted in $50,000 to support Ronald McDonald House and causes that reflect our people-first values, from mentoring young adults, upskilling working moms and women of color, building LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces, and supporting veterans through career transitions. The impact our community created together will be felt long after the event!
