NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.

1. WHO MAY ENTER
This Giveaway is open only to those twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry who are legal residents of the United States of America or authorized visitors thereto and who enter the Giveaway at Transform Media LLC’s (“Transform” or “Administrator”) Transform Conference, March 23-25, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Event”) as set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Employees, paid consultants, and other associates of Transform, and the affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, participating Administrators, agencies, and vendors of Transform, and their families and persons living in the same household as any of these are not eligible to win. To enter, you must fill out any entry form completely, provide all the information required, and fulfill all of the other criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions. The winner will be required to have and provide a valid driver’s license or government-issued identification document or other proof of identity and age, complete and sign and IRS form W-9, and sign an “Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release” form, acknowledging and affirming eligibility and releasing publicity rights and liability claims, and IRS form W-9, within one (1) day of being contacted as the drawing winner. The publicity release will provide that the winner consents to the Transform’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The release will also release any liability and claims, and hold harmless, Transform, and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, Qualified Sponsors, agencies, and vendors and others associated with this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the determination made in selecting the winner, which selection is final and binding in all respects. Should the winner make any false statement(s) in any document relating to this Giveaway, the winner will be required to promptly return to Transform any prize that winner received. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This Giveaway is intended for viewing in the United States.

2. Giveaway ADMINISTRATOR/SPONSOR

Transform, 1850 Gateway Dr., Ste 700, San Mateo, CA 94404 is the sponsor and administrator of this Giveaway. The Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue this Giveaway or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notification. Any such changes will be available at the Event and at https://transform.us/golden-ticket-giveaway/.

3. HOW TO ENTER

The limit of entries for each participant is twenty (20). You may enter the Giveaway at any time between 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Savings Time (PDT) on Monday, March 23, 2026 to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Eligible individuals may enter by:
Scheduling a 1-1 meeting with a Qualified Sponsor during the Event or visiting the expo hall (“EXP”) booth of a Qualified Sponsor and completing a 3-minute demo presentation. At the conclusion of the demo presentation or 1-1 meeting, the Qualified Sponsor will make available a QR Code for your virtual entry form.
Qualified Sponsors will mean those sponsors of the Event that will be listed on the “Transform Giveaway EXP Map” in the conference Event app. (“Qualified Sponsor”)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. For purposes of this Giveaway, “receipt” of an entry occurs when Administrator’s servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant. Entrants can receive multiple entries by visiting multiple Qualified Sponsors, by participating in an official Transform EXP Tour, or by sending multiple electronic mail entries; each entry form submitted or email sent is a single entry. All entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. PDT on March 25, 2026.

4. RANDOM DRAWING AND PRIZE

Between 4:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. PDT on March 25, 2026, one drawing from all properly completed entry forms/methods will be held by Administrator, whose decision is final. (“Drawing”) The winner will be randomly selected and will win the grand prize, consisting of:

  • $500 towards travel
  • Limo Airport Transfers
  • Meet and Greet Photo Opportunity for the winner + one guest with the Transform 2026 Musical Guest

You must present at the Drawing to win. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received by the entry deadline. The estimated value of the grand prize is $17,500. Any expenses incurred by the winner that are not itemized above, including applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the winner to pay. The winner will be required to complete and IRS form W-9 to claim the prize and acknowledges that Administrator will, and authorizes Administrator to, report the winner’s receipt of the value of the prize to the IRS via a form 1099-MISC or similar form. The winner will be notified in person at the Drawing. The prize must be claimed when notified of winning at the Drawing and the form W-9 and the “Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release” form must be completed and returned in order to claim the prize, or an alternate winner will be chosen. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Administrator shall only be responsible for awarding the prize as stated in these Terms and Conditions. Administrator expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Administrator makes no representations or warranties concerning the safety of using any prize awarded. 5. LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY AND/OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, PARTICIPANTS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE ADMINISTRATOR, QUALIFIED SPONSORS, AND THE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES OF EACH, AS WELL AS THEIR AGENTS, VENDORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS AND AGREE TO HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY OR DAMAGE DUE TO INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH AND PROPERTY, CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE USE, MISUSE, ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS Giveaway. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANTS BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ATTORNEY’S FEES OR ANY RIGHT TO HAVE ANY DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.

6. NOTICE TO ENTRANTS

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY OR PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Administrator is not responsible for faulty or incorrect entries, failures of electronic or online systems of any kind, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Giveaway, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Giveaway. Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures reduce or destroy the integrity of the Event, or the Giveaway, or any system or program related thereto; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Giveaway as determined by Administrator/judging agency, in its sole discretion. In the event of an early termination of the Giveaway, a notice will be posted online at https://transform.us/golden-ticket-giveaway/ and at the Event and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Administrator reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Terms and Conditions.

7. GENERAL

All taxes and reporting of awards are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will provide Administrator with an accurately completed IRS form W-9. By entering this contest, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other rules, terms, and conditions of this Giveaway. The complete Terms and Conditions can be viewed where physically posted at the Event and online at https://transform.us/golden-ticket-giveaway/. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Administrator in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to Nevada’s conflict of law principles. All entries are deemed received in and the award granted in Clark County, Nevada. Void where prohibited by law.
