We have a limited number of rooms held at the hotel for Transform 2027 attendees. Attendees to Transform will have access to a special discounted room rate of $319 per night (plus resort fees and taxes) for stays between Sunday, April 11th through Thursday, April 15th.

Follow this link to book your hotel. The deadline to take advantage of the special room block rate is March 18, 2027, or as long as rooms last, whichever comes first.

April 9ancellation/Refund Policy

Requests for full cancellation must be received by Transform Media, LLC in writing PRIOR TO January 22, 2027 and will be subject to a $75 processing fee.

Refunds will not be granted AFTER January 22, 2027, but the registration may be transferred to a future event. Refunds/Credits will NOT be given to no-shows. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event. Send refund requests to [email protected].

Substitution/Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party for the same event prior to March 26, 2027. After March 26, 2027, no attendee substitutions will be allowed. Registrations may be transferred to a future event only one time. All substitution requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Substitutions between ticket types are not allowed, e.g., transferring a speaker pass to a non-speaker. All transfer requests are subject to Transform approval at its sole discretion and should be sent to [email protected]  for consideration. Selling/reselling of registrations is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell/resell your registration without Transform’s written consent is null and void, and Transform may, in its sole discretion, bar you from attending future Transform events.

The EXP is the name of our expo hall. However, this is no ordinary exhibit hall. It’s designed with a town-like layout to encourage discovery and engagement with numerous activations. In the EXP you will find key activations such as the coffee bar, puppies, massages, a headshot studio, roundtable discussions, our dedicated Innovation Stage, the Learning Lab, and much more.

You can pick up your badge onsite at Registration during the following hours:

Sunday, April 11th: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Monday, April 12th, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

Tuesday, April 13th: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Wednesday, April 14th: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Taking place over the course of 3 days, the Transform conference features hands-on learning experiences, interactive small group discussions, 300+ speakers, and the crowd-favorite after-party with a special musical performance!

Many networking opportunities start before you arrive at Transform. Our official event app lets you connect with other attendees before, during, and after the conference. The app also enables you to set up short 1:1 meetings to make the most of your time at Transform.

As part of the event, we host a kickoff reception, a morning wellness activity, two breakfasts, two lunches, several networking breaks, two receptions in the EXP, investor office hours, and a closing after party! We also offer several locations throughout the venue to gather and connect with your fellow attendees including the Town Square and the Conversation Zone.

No. Each attendee will need to have a unique registration to attend Transform. Transform is designed to be experienced with colleagues and teams. To inquire about group pricing, click here.

Yes! We offer breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch on April 13th and 14th. We also have mocktails and adult beverages served at the Kickoff reception, the EXP receptions as well as the After Party.

Yes! We offer free wifi at the conference. All information to login will be located on your event badge.

No. We take pride in protecting our attendee’s information. Please refer to our Terms of Service.

If you are interested in speaking at a future event, please sign-up for complimentary access to our online community platform and submit an application here. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Yes! You will receive credit for attending Transform 2027. We will release the codes in a post-event email, as well as in the online community post-event.

Yes! We do have an official conference app where you can see the agenda and plan your schedule, connect with people, chat with attendees, and more!

No! Transform firmly believes in the privacy of our community and therefore we never share people’s private information. You can, however, see who’s attending Transform by downloading and interacting with other attendees in the official event app.

No, we do not currently offer an EXP only ticket.
