About Sarah Chavarria:

Sarah Chavarria is President of Delta Dental of California, an enterprise that encompasses 15 states and the District of Columbia and has nearly 5,000 employees. She joined Delta Dental of California in 2017 as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, and in March 2022 assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer in addition to her People responsibilities. Sarah was then promoted to President in August 2022. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of Operations, Technology, Relationship and Business Development, Marketing and Communications and People. Sarah brings more than 25 years of expertise in leading people, communications, organizational effectiveness, change management and corporate strategy across multiple industries.
