About Heather Dunn:

Heather has spent 15+ years in People roles and is currently the Chief People Officer at Gem, where she leads all things People and Talent. Prior to Gem, she was the CPO at Newfront, where she established and scaled people programs, ultimately leading them through a successful merger that took Newfront from 300 to 700 employees. Previous to her CPO roles, she led the HR Business Partner team at Dropbox and held roles in Recruiting, Compensation, and HR Business Partner at Microsoft. Heather also holds a number of angel investments and advisory roles across early-stage startups.
