Where is Transform 2025 being held?

How can I book my hotel?

We have a limited number of rooms held at the hotel for Transform 2025 attendees. Attendees to Transform will have access to a special discounted room rate of $299 per night (plus resort fees and taxes) for stays between March 16th through March 20th.

Online booking is coming soon. The deadline to take advantage of the special room block rate is February 21, 2025, or as long as rooms last, whichever comes first.

What are the transfer and cancellation policies for Transform 2025 registration?
Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests for full cancellation must be received by Transform Media, LLC in writing PRIOR TO January 10, 2025 and will be subject to a $75 processing fee.

Refunds will not be granted AFTER January 10, 2025, but the registration may be transferred to a future event. Refunds/Credits will NOT be given to no-shows. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event. Send refund requests to register@transform.us.

Substitution/Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party prior to March 14, 2025. After March 14, 2025, no attendee substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Substitutions between ticket types are not allowed, e.g., transferring a speaker pass to a non-speaker. Transfer requests should be sent to register@transform.us.

What is the EXP?

The EXP is the name of our expo hall. However, this is no ordinary exhibit hall. It’s designed with a town-like layout to encourage discovery and engagement with numerous activations. In the EXP you will find key activations such as the coffee bar, puppies, massages, a headshot studio, roundtable discussions, our dedicated Innovation Stage, the learning lab and much more.

What are the registration hours for badge pick-up?

You can pick up your badge onsite at Registration during the following hours:

Sunday, March 16th: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Monday, March 17th: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Tuesday, March 18th: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Wednesday, March 19th: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

You can view the 2025 schedule of events on our website here. The 2025 agenda will be released as we get closer to the event.
What can I expect at Transform?

Taking place over the course of 3 days, the Transform conference features hands-on learning experiences, interactive small group discussions, 300+ speakers, and the crowd-favorite after-party with a special musical performance!

How do I network at Transform?
There are many networking opportunities offered at Transform that start before you even arrive. Through our event app, you can connect with other attendees before, during and after the event. The event app also enables you to set up short 1:1 meetings to make the most of your time at Transform.

As part of the event, we host a kickoff reception, a morning wellness activity, two breakfasts, two lunches, several networking breaks, two receptions in the EXP, investor office hours, and a closing party! We also offer several locations throughout the venue to gather and connect with your fellow attendees including the Town Square and the Conversation Zone.

Can I share my Transform ticket with a co-worker?
No. Each attendee will need to have a unique registration to attend Transform. Transform is designed to be experienced with colleagues and teams. To inquire about group pricing, click here.
Are any meals included with my registration?

Yes! We offer breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch on March 18th and 19th. We also have mocktails and adult beverages served at the Kickoff reception, the EXP receptions as well as the After Party.

Will I have access to Wifi?

Yes! We offer free wifi at the conference. All information to login will be located on your event badge.

Will my information be shared?

No. We take pride in protecting our attendee’s information. Please refer to our Terms of Service.

Who do I contact about speaking?

If you are interested in speaking at a future event, please feel free to submit an application here. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis.

This is my first time attending Transform. Is there anything I should know?

There is a lot to explore at Transform and we want to support you in having the best experience possible. Be sure to come to our First Time Attendee Welcome on March 17th and you can refer to our First Time Attendee Tips. Have a question while you’re at Transform? Not to worry. Our Transform Ambassadors are here to help. Be on the look out for their “Ask Me” pin. 

What is there to do in Las Vegas while I am at the event?
Do you offer SHRM or HRCI Credits for attending Transform 2025?

Yes! You will receive credit for attending Transform 2025. We will release the codes in a post-event email.

Do you have a conference app?

Yes! We do have a conference app where you can see the agenda and plan your schedule, connect with people, chat with attendees, and more!

Do you share your event attendee list?

No! Transform firmly believes in the privacy of our community and therefore we never share people’s private information. You can, however, see who’s attending Transform by downloading and interacting with other attendees in the official event app.

What does my Transform ticket include?
We’re so excited you’re coming to Transform and can’t wait to see you! Your ticket enables you to attend all sessions March 17-19 including keynotes, interactive workshops, thought leadership sessions, breakfasts, lunches, experiences within the EXP, After Party, and the Afterglow Party.
Is there an opportunity to puchase a ticket for the EXP only?
No, we do not currently offer an EXP only ticket.
